i had a wonderful stay at the fairfield inn! the king room was spacious and quiet, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. the location is super convenient, right near the dulles toll road. plus, it offered a fantastic free breakfast! the housekeeping staff was exceptionally observant and caring.

Getting to any restaurants nearby is a bit of a trek—the only real option is a Cracker Barrel at a distance. Also, the check-in communication was unnecessary anxiety. it felt overly cautious about midnight arrival despite having 24-hour reception. The room I had echoed a lot, which can be an annoyance when you’ve got kids. Plus, the bathroom could use some attention—the bathtub had some staining, and the flickering light gave me the creeps. It’s a mixed bag. I appreciated the design but felt like more care could’ve been taken with maintenance.

Breakfast had both hot and cold items like scrambled eggs. Shuttle service was reliable to Dulles airport, making it easy for travel. Amenities included a fitness center which looked inviting.
